Facilities

The college provides a host of indoor & outdoor sports facilities for the students. An indoor stadium with state of the art facilities houses the courts for Basketball, Volleyball and Badminton while a spacious and a well maintained ground allows students to play and hone their skills at Football, Volleyball, Basketball and Tennis.

The campus also features a well equipped indoor and outdoor gymnasium. Recreational facilities and indoor games like Chess, Table tennis which are meant to stimulate and invigorate the students intellectually and physically are also available on campus.

We are glad to inform you that Department of Physical Education and sports science of New Horizon College of Engineering had organized State level Inter Collegiate Sports Fest for the students of Engineering colleges under the title New Horizon Cup 2016. The tournaments are conducted from 18^th to 21^st April 2016. The Annual sports fest of NHCE was inaugurated by Dr. Manjunatha Principal of New Horizon College of Engineering, H N Surya Prakash Registrar of NHCE, and joined by other dignitaries of NHCE.

Over 35 engineering colleges and about 800 sports persons from the nook and corners of the state had participated in the tournament spread over a period of Three days.

The Tournament are conducted in six disciplines, which include Basket Ball(M&W), Foot Ball, Volley Ball(M).

The Valedictory Ceremony of the New Horizon Cup 2016 held on 21^st April 2016 at 4.30 P.M at Indoor Basket Ball Court. The Chief Guest of the function Dr. Manjunatha Principal of New Horizon College of Engineering, and joined by other dignitaries of NHCE.

The Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of New Horizon College of Engineering had conducted VTU intercollegiate Bangalore Central Zone Hockey (Men) tournament 2018-19. The tournament was conducted on the 27^th of April 2018. The VTU Hockey (M) tournament was inaugurated by Dr. M. Shivram Reddy (Regional Director, Sports VTU) and Dr. Manjunatha, The Principal of New Horizon College of Engineering and was graced by other dignitaries of NHCE.
