We are glad to inform you that Department of Physical Education and sports science of New Horizon College of Engineering had organized State level Inter Collegiate Sports Fest for the students of Engineering colleges under the title New Horizon Cup 2019. The tournaments are conducted from 3rd to 5th April 2019. The Annual sports fest of NHCE was inaugurated by Mr. Arvind A (International Basket Ball Player) Dr. Manjunatha Principal of New Horizon College of Engineering, H N Surya Prakash Registrar of NHCE, Dr. Ganesh Prasad HOD of ME, Dr. Col Kesar Singh Professor and Dean Student Affairs of NHCE and joined by other dignitaries of NHCE.

Over 60 engineering colleges and about 1500 sports persons from the nook and corners of the state had participated in the tournament spread over a period of Three days.

The Tournament are conducted in six disciplines, which include Basket Ball, Foot Ball, Volley Ball, and Kabaddi, for both Men and Women.

The Valedictory Ceremony of the New Horizon Cup 2019 held on 5th April 2019 at 5.30 P.M at Outdoor Basket Ball Court. The Chief Guest of the function Dr. Manjunatha Principal of New Horizon College of Engineering, Dr. Ganesh Prasad HOD of ME, Dr. Col Kesar Singh Professor and Dean Student Affairs of NHCE and joined by other dignitaries of NHCE.
