NHCE IIC, in association with the Department of Management Studies & NHCIIE, organized a Panel Discussion on Entrepreneurship: “AROHAN – Innovate Inspire Entrepreneur in You on 13th Feb 2025.The panel discussion titled “AROHAN – Innovate Inspire Entrepreneur in You” aimed to dispel misconceptions about entrepreneurship by providing real-world insights. It addressed the impact of setbacks, failures, and pivots on long-term success, debunked the myth that substantial investment is necessary by exploring alternative funding methods, and emphasized the importance of work-life balance strategies. Designed to inspire aspiring entrepreneurs to innovate and leverage available resources, it also established a platform for connecting with experienced professionals, mentors, and peers for guidance and support.

The learning outcomes included gaining a comprehensive understanding of building and sustaining a successful business and insights into funding, scalability, market validation, and growth strategies. Participants also developed skills in challenge assessment, innovation, decision-making, and risk management, enhancing their networking, communication, leadership, and team-building capabilities.
