“To strong women: may we know them, may we be them, may we raise them.”

Women’s Day at New Horizon 2026 was a beautiful tribute to the strength, resilience, and unity of women. A Women’s walk was organised around campus where all the staff members held placards and walked showing a sense of strength to each other. The event held at the New Horizon College Auditorium honoured the spirit of womanhood and the growing sense of camaraderie among women in the workplace. The event brought the staff together in a vibrant atmosphere filled with admiration and respect. The programme featured a variety of performances, ranging from fashion walks to energetic dance routines, soulful singing, and a powerful poetry recital.

Each segment highlighted the profound impact women have in shaping lives, communities, and professional spaces. The performances not only entertained but also inspired the audience, reminding everyone of the importance of equality, empowerment, and mutual support. The event left attendees feeling motivated and encouraged to contribute towards building a more inclusive and compassionate world. The celebration concluded on a warm note, with all the women receiving a token of appreciation in the form of a snack box, symbolising gratitude for their contributions.
