Lean Startup and Minimum Viable Product- Bootcamp

The Department of Management Studies, in collaboration with NHCE-IIC and the ED and Startup Club, hosted an engaging Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Bootcamp on July 31, 2025. The event was designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with practical knowledge of the Lean Startup methodology and the process of developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Participants engaged in an immersive learning journey that guided them through the early stages of startup development, from idea validation to product iteration.

Throughout the bootcamp, attendees gained a solid understanding of Lean Startup principles, learning how to validate their ideas using real customer feedback and how to reduce waste while maximizing value. They explored the concept of MVPs, focusing on building the simplest version of a product to test market demand, and iterating quickly based on user feedback.

The sessions also provided valuable insights into the lifecycle of a startup, emphasizing the role of customer feedback in shaping product development. Participants were introduced to business model design using tools like the Lean Canvas and learned what investors look for in early-stage ventures, including market readiness and scalability.

The bootcamp served as a powerful platform for innovation, enabling participants to refine their ideas and present them to mentors, peers, and potential investors. It was a transformative experience that strengthened entrepreneurial skills and encouraged a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation.
