On February 27, 2025, the Department of Management Studies, in association with the Institute Innovation Council, hosted a workshop featuring Ms. Jaishree S from EXL Services and Ms. Pooja Chavan from Sapiens. The workshop aimed to provide actionable insights and techniques for new businesses to establish a strong market presence, attract customers, and drive revenue growth. Participants learned how to identify their target market, build a strong brand identity, and leverage digital marketing for data-driven decisions. Key benefits included understanding industry trends, customer behavior, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, budgeting, ROI, and cost-effective marketing tactics. The workshop also enhanced skills in crafting marketing strategies, tracking performance, improving communication, and using CRM software and analytics platforms.
