DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Technomaze, an exciting technical maze competition designed to test your logical and technical thinking capabilities. Organized at New Horizon College of Engineering, this event consists of three challenging rounds:
- Crossword – A word puzzle where players use clues to fill in words in the
- Pictionary – A drawing-based game where players draw clues for others to guess a word or phrase.
- Deciphering – The process of interpreting and understanding a code or unclear message to unravel cryptic meaning.
Participants will compete in three rounds, and the top two contestants will be awarded prize money. The event is open exclusively to college students.
General Guidelines
Team Composition:
Each team should consist of 2 members.
Registration:
- Participants can register online in advance or sign up on the spot during the event.
- All participants must report to the venue by 1:45 PM.
Student ID:
Participants must carry a valid student ID card and present it at the time of registration.
Individual Participation:
This is an individual event—no team entries are allowed.
Competition Rules
Round Timings:
Each round will have a strict time limit of 30 minutes.
Elimination:
Participants will be eliminated progressively, with only the top performers moving forward.
Judging and Conduct:
- The decision of the judges and organizers is final and binding.
- Cheating or disruptive behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
Equipment & Materials:
- Any required materials for the event will be provided by the organizers.
- Participants must not use external help, mobile devices, or any unauthorized materials.

Evaluation:

Final Decision:
- The decision of the judges and event coordinators will be final.
- No appeals regarding judging outcomes will be entertained.
Code of Conduct
Behavioral Expectations:
- Participants must behave respectfully with fellow contestants, visitors, and organizers.
- Any form of misconduct will lead to disqualification.
Rule Adherence:
- Organizers reserve the right to amend the rules as necessary.
- Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
Emergency and Support
Technical Assistance:
Event coordinators will be available on-site for assistance.
Safety:
