ONLINE GRIEVENCE REDRESSAL
The Online Grievance System at NHCE allows students, staff, and other stakeholders to submit grievances directly through a website in the above link. Users can fill out an online form describing their grievance, selecting the type of grievance (academic, administrative, Exam, facilities-related, Discipline, harassment,Placement, Transport, Cafeteria, Antiragging etc.), and attaching supporting documents if necessary.
Once submitted, the grievance is automatically forwarded to the Grievance Redressal Committee, where authorized members review the complaint.
The system ensures confidentiality of sensitive grievances, especially those related to harassment or discrimination. After resolution, the committee maintains a record of all grievances for audit, compliance, and analysis to help NHCE improve its services.
