To commemorate National Technology Day 2025, the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of NHCE, in collaboration with the Department of Management Studies, under the aegis of the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Startup Club, organized an expert talk aimed at highlighting the transformative power of technology across various sectors. The event served as a platform to inspire young minds to pursue careers in science, technology, and innovation.The primary objective of the event was to Encourage students to become innovators and problem-solvers by understanding real-world challenges.Foster a culture of research, design thinking, and innovation aligned with India’s vision for inclusive technological growth.

The session was graced by Mr. Himanshu Barola, CEO and Founder of Recycle Everything, a pioneering venture in sustainable technology.In his address, Mr. Barola shared insights into how technology is reshaping lives, using his entrepreneurial journey as a case study. He emphasized the importance of being keen observers and identifying grassroots-level problems to develop impactful solutions. Students were introduced to the innovation process, which includes Empathy – understanding user needs. Design Thinking – a structured approach to creative problem-solving. The speaker encouraged students to think critically, collaborate, and experiment with ideas that can improve the quality of life in their communities.
