International Women’s Day -March 2025

















The International Women’s Day celebration, held on 8th March 2025 under the theme “Rise. Empower. Accelerate,” was a remarkable event filled with enthusiasm and inspiration. It commenced with a heartfelt invocation dance dedicated to Lord Krishna, symbolizing self-love, followed by a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony attended by esteemed dignitaries. The chief guest, Dr. Ragapriya, IAS, delivered a powerful inaugural address emphasizing that Women’s Day celebrated not only women but also acknowledged the vital role men play in supporting women’s success. She underscored the significance of resilience, persistence, and the collaborative efforts of both genders in achieving empowerment. This was followed by vibrant cultural performances by students and faculty, including a fashion show, group and solo dances, and solo songs showcasing immense talent and creativity. The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks, recognizing all contributors and a rendition of the national anthem, bringing the celebration to a respectful close.
