The NSS Unit Cell and NCC of New Horizon College of Engineering organized a vital training session, “Emergency Ready: Fire Safety and CPR Awareness,” on June 3rd, 2025. The Fire Safety Department demonstrated various fire types and extinguisher techniques, while the Medical Department provided hands-on CPR training using manikins. Participants learned life-saving skills like chest compressions and rescue breaths. The session aimed to enhance emergency preparedness among students and staff. The coordinators expressed gratitude to the trainers and volunteers for their enthusiastic participation, making the event a meaningful step toward safety and awareness on campus.
