The session, led by alumnus and wellness coach Mr. Kumar Himanshu (EEE, 2005–2009 Batch), is aimed at staff members and covers the root causes of common lifestyle issues, the impact of small consistent health changes, and practical, easy-to-follow insights suited for busy professionals.
