World Youth Skills Day

The Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) Camp was successfully conducted at Hassan from 4th to 15th July 2025 over a period of 12 days. Cadets from the Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh Directorate, and the Karnataka & Goa Directorate actively participated in the event. Participants represented various regions, including Mangalore, Belgaum, Mysore, Hassan, Bangalore (A & B), Gwalior, Chhattisgarh, and Raipur. The camp aimed to promote national integration, cultural exchange, and mutual understanding among cadets.
A variety of cultural competitions were organised, including presentations, group dance, group song, talent hunt, and poster making. Sports events such as volleyball, tug of war, and throwball added enthusiasm and team spirit to the camp. Cadets also participated in educational visits to Belur, Halebeedu, Yagachi Dam, and CK Guda, which enhanced their historical and cultural knowledge. A trekking activity at CK Guda encouraged discipline, endurance, and adventure among participants.
These experiences provided cadets with exposure to the rich heritage and traditions of Karnataka. The camp also focused on leadership development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Interactions between cadets from different states fostered a sense of unity in diversity.
Daily cultural evenings showcased the vibrant traditions of both participating directorates.
All events were conducted in a spirit of cooperation and healthy competition.
The camp concluded with a valedictory ceremony, appreciating the efforts and talents of all participants. Overall, the EBSB Camp proved to be a memorable and enriching experience, promoting national integration, learning, and unity among cadets.
