Deepavali represents the spiritual triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. The lights of Diwali signify a time to eliminate dark desires and thoughts, dispel shadows and evils, and empower us with strength and enthusiasm to maintain goodwill throughout the year.

On October 28, 2024, New Horizon College of Engineering celebrated Deepotsav at New Horizon Knowledge Park. The college campus was beautifully illuminated with lights. The program began at 6:00 PM with a warm welcome for the dignitaries, followed by an inauguration ceremony led by the Chairman, who lit the ceremonial lamp. The festivities commenced with an invocation dance performed by NHCM students, creating a serene atmosphere. Next, a brief introductory video featuring the renowned artist Badshah was presented, announcing his upcoming performance at the Sargam Fest on November 30, 2024.

The highlight of the evening was a captivating live music concert by the Aathma Musical Band, which energized the audience. The celebration culminated in a vibrant fireworks display, filling the campus with brilliant colors and excitement. Students and staff are delighted with a variety of delicious snacks available at food stalls organized by the college.

The Deepotsav celebration was truly remarkable. It united the college community in a lively expression of culture, tradition, and togetherness.
