The Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC), organized by the 7 Karnataka Battalion, was held at Brindavan College of Engineering from October 1st to 10th, 2023. The camp aimed to enhance cadets’ physical, mental, and leadership skills. It began with an orientation session and company formations, followed by daily physical training, yoga, and drill sessions. Theoretical classes covered topics such as First Aid, National Integration, Leadership, and Social Service. Practical activities included disaster management, map reading, and first aid, alongside sports competitions like throwball, volleyball, and athletics. Cultural events such as dance and singing performances were encouraged. The camp culminated in the awarding of medals, Certificates of Merit, and the Best Company Award for outstanding performance. On the final day, participants received Camp Certificates. Overall, the CATC successfully improved cadets’ capabilities, fostering discipline, teamwork, and camaraderie, while providing a valuable platform for personal development.
