The Alumni Association organized an Alumni talk for the MBA students on 16th March 2023 at 11 AM. The topic was “Employee Relations & People Management” presented by Mr. Sabri Raju, Team Lead – HR, Siemens Technologies Services Pvt. Ltd., & Alumni of NHCE (Batch – 2007).

Mr. Sabri began his session with a question on employees’ relationships within the company. He spoke about the HR role in employee relations in the corporate world. Using a scenario on how a manager records inquiries and responds to them in the event of a dispute, it was explained to audiences how query management functions.Also, he discussed the value of people management, how to treat coworkers properly, understand team members, create a positive work atmosphere, and build business partnerships.

Finally, he shared personal experiences on the challenges faced in the corporate world and how he overcame it. He also ruminated over his collegedays at NHCE with nostalgia.
