On October 4, 2024, the Investiture Ceremony for the Extra-Curricular Clubs was held at NHCE Auditorium. The event marked the formal transfer of responsibilities to the newly elected leaders of 15 clubs for the academic year 2024-25.  

The ceremony began with an enthralling dance performance by a second-year student, followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Dr. Anitha S. Rai, who oversees the extracurricular clubs, provided the summary of the clubs’ activities from the 2023–24 academic year, noting the successful organization of 74 events and participation in 43 events at other institutions. 

The event’s highlight was the symbolic transfer of flags from outgoing presidents to the new ones, followed by the presentation of badges to the new board members. Department heads were present, and each club presented a short video summarizing their activities.  

Dr. Anitha S. Rai administered the oath to the incoming presidents, emphasizing their commitment to fostering student growth. The Principal congratulated the new office bearers and encouraged them to lead with fairness, and integrity, and serve as role models for their peers. 

The event concluded with a vote of thanks, the national anthem, and a high tea for all attendees.
