On November 2, 2023, at the Tejas Seminar Hall on the NHCE Campus, the Extra Curricular Clubs Investiture Ceremony was held. The event marked the official handover of responsibilities to newly elected club members from 15 extracurricular clubs at New Horizon College of Engineering for the 2023–24 academic year.

The ceremony began with a beautiful song performed by a first-year student, followed by the lighting of a ceremonial lamp. Dr. Anitha S. Rai, the extracurricular club in charge, shared a summary of the clubs’ activities in 2022–23, which included organizing 56 events and participating in 17 events hosted by other colleges.

The highlight was the transfer of flags from outgoing presidents to new ones and the distribution of badges to board members. Department heads were present as witnesses. Each club presented a short video about their activities.

Dr. Anitha S. Rai administered the oath to the new club presidents, emphasizing their commitment to enhancing student growth. The principal commended the newly appointed club members, encouraging them to be fair, honest, and role models for their peers.

The ceremony ended with a vote of thanks, the national anthem, and a high tea for all students.
