The Dance Club of NHCE had organized an “Inter Department Dance Competition” on June 21, 2024, at the NHCE Auditorium to encourage students’ dancing skills and give them a chance to showcase their talents.

The program started at 3:30 PM with the dignitaries lighting the lamp. The student emcees gave a brief introduction of the judges. Students from various departments, such as ISE, ECE, AIML, EEE, CSE, ME, MBA, and Applied Science, participated in the competition.

The competition began with zest and excitement. The participants, dressed in colourful costumes, set the stage on fire with enthralling and energetic performances. The students’ choreography, rhythm, synchronization, and presentation were exemplary. Judgment was made based on choreography, technique, execution, coordination, synchronization, originality, creativity, musicality, and overall presentation. The judges had a tough time deciding the winner.

At the end of the event, the judges announced the winner and runner-up. The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) secured first place, and the Department of Information Science and Engineering (ISE) secured second place. The judges congratulated the winners, appreciated the students’ performances, and encouraged them to participate more in such competitions to enhance their talents.
