On April 24th, the Auditorium of New Horizon College of Engineering came alive with brilliance, creativity, and inspiration as TEDxNHCE presented Iridescence — a celebration of ideas that shine differently from every perspective. Conducted from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the event transformed the venue into a vibrant platform of curiosity, innovation, and expression, where students gathered to experience stories and talents reflecting the many shades of human potential. The event featured seven accomplished speakers from diverse professional backgrounds, each bringing their unique experiences and perspectives to the stage.

Vinayaka Joshi, actor and filmmaker, inspired the audience with his journey as a screen visionary and digital storyteller. Dr. Amol Mahulkar shared valuable insights on leadership, innovation, and progress in a rapidly evolving world. Tanushree Tyagi addressed the importance of mental well-being, personal growth, and self-awareness in today’s demanding lifestyle. One of the highlights of the event was the session by Jayant, a 15-year-old magician and author, who amazed the audience with his creativity, confidence, and entrepreneurial mindset. Mithun Adith spoke passionately about the courage and resilience required to transform innovative ideas into impactful ventures. Vaibhav Kothari energized the audience with his thoughts on discipline, consistency, fitness, and community building. Meera Raman concluded the speaker sessions by emphasizing the significance of confidence, communication, and building meaningful professional relationships.

Together, the speakers beautifully reflected the true essence of Iridescence — the belief that success and growth shine brightest when viewed through multiple perspectives.

Enhancing the atmosphere of the event were captivating cultural performances that added emotion and artistry to the celebration. Diya and Jiya enthralled the audience with their soulful singing performances, filling the auditorium with warmth and melody. Susheem Kulkarni further elevated the energy of the event with an engaging guitar performance that resonated deeply with the audience and added another memorable dimension to the program.
