The Department of Management Studies, UBA, ED & Start-up Club, in association with the IIC, organised an Outreach Programme on Entrepreneurship & Skill Development at Cheemasandra Village Government School on 10 July 2026.

The programme aimed to promote entrepreneurial awareness and practical life skills among students. Interactive sessions introduced the basics of entrepreneurship, innovation, and self-reliance. Students actively participated in group activities and hands-on learning exercises. The programme enhanced communication, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Leadership and decision-making abilities were also strengthened through collaborative activities.

Students gained awareness of sustainable practices and responsible citizenship. The sessions encouraged confidence in sharing ideas and working in teams. Participants learned the importance of skill development for future opportunities. The outreach programme inspired students to think creatively and independently.

Positive feedback reflected high engagement and increased interest in entrepreneurship. Overall, the programme successfully achieved its objectives of skill development and community outreach.
