The Department of Management Studies, under the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan programme in collaboration with ED and Startup Club and the Institution’s Innovation Council, conducted “Innovate, Create, Lead: Building Entrepreneurial Skills” on the 25th of June, 2026, at the Government School in Doddagubbi.

The programme engaged over a hundred students from Classes 1 to 8 through interactive sessions on passion identification, creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurship. Activities such as paper bag making promoted environmental awareness and practical skill development, while group tasks enhanced communication, confidence, and problem-solving abilities.

Students gained early exposure to innovation, self-reliance, and sustainable practices, fostering curiosity, leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking. The initiative successfully strengthened outreach objectives under UBA by inspiring young learners to explore their talents and equipping them with foundational life and entrepreneurial skills.
