Air Marshal Narayan Menon graced the inauguration as the Chief Guest for SARGAM 2016. He was a former Air Officer-in-Charge (Personnel) with the Indian Air Force. He was commissioned on 24 December 1964. He is the reciepient of Ati Vishist Seva Medal (1998), Uttam Yudh Seva Medal (1999), Param Vishist Seva Medal (2004)
