Campus 2 Community Fellowship Program-AI Skills – LMS Based Training

As part of the Campus to Community Fellowship Programme, jointly organised by the NSS Unit Cell and NCC of New Horizon College of Engineering in association with Yuvaka Sangha, Bangalore, a special training session titled “AI Skills – LMS Based Training” was successfully conducted on 24 February 2026. The initiative aimed to enhance students’ technical competencies and prepare them for emerging digital landscapes.

The session was conducted with support from Microsoft, Ernst and Young (EY), and Yuvaka Sangha, Bangalore. The programme focused on equipping students and volunteers with a comprehensive overview of Artificial Intelligence tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and their applications in both education and professional development.

The resource persons, Ms Bhagya Laxmi D, Senior Software Testing Engineer, and Mr Manish Sharma, GenAI and Machine Learning Expert from EY, delivered insightful and engaging sessions. They covered the fundamentals of AI, various AI models, and their real-world applications, making the concepts accessible and relevant. The interactive nature of the training enabled participants to gain practical knowledge and a clearer understanding of emerging AI technologies.

The programme concluded with an active doubt-clearing session, during which students enthusiastically participated and interacted with the experts. Participants expressed their appreciation for the well-structured and informative session, making it a valuable learning experience for all involved.
