A) Anti-Drug Campaign

New Horizon college of Engineering launched an anti-drug campaign on 29^th June 2022 to eradicate drug abuse among youth. In the college premises, Registrar Dr.Surya prakash sir launched a huge rally by administrating an oath “Intoxication: neither will not let” commemorating our duties as responsible citizens of the society. In which more than 600 students and college staff including NCC cadets, marched from the college to kadubisanahalli region and raised slogans for the purpose of prevention of intoxication and total destruction of intoxication form the society.  Also NCC cadets were controlling the crowd and traffic. In this rally, slogans sent a message to people to be aware of the evil of drugs

B) ENVIRONMENT DAY (5/6/2022): PLANTING THE SAPLING

The NCC cadets of New Horizon College of Engineering planted the saplings at Hoskote, with the help of PI staff. All the cadets actively participated in this event.

C) YOGA DAY CELEBRATION

International yoga day is celebrated on 21^st of June around the globe. We, the NCC Cadets took part in this celebration which was held in our college premises as well as at Manekshaw parade ground at 7am. The yoga session in the campus was carried out by Dr. Arvinda and Prof. Suma. So in order to guide crowd and control them the rest of the NCC cadets were given in charge.

The yoga day was celebrated in new horizon college of engineering and great number of students and staff volunteered and took active part in the yoga session.

• ENROLLMENT OF SECOND BATCH  OF  NCC:

(17^th , 18^th and 19^th of  September).

Second batch of  4/6 COY NHCE was done for three days to test their physical, communicative, mental and group co – ordination techniques.

Continuing the 4/6 COY NCC NHCE for the further activities and achivements in our name.
